Bowls, cups, lids,and plates labeled “compostable” are only compostable in industrial facilities, which may not be available in your area.  They cannot be composted in backyard composting.  

If you are serviced by a composting company, check their list of acceptable items before including with your compost.  Otherwise, put this item in the trash.
